This class offers advanced training techniques for cyclists who are looking to improve their competitive skills, break personal records, and advance their sport and ability to new heights. Prior road cycling knowledge and experience is highly recommended. Students will learn how to train to increase wattage, control cadence, breathing techniques, sprinting techniques, all while getting an athlete-level workout.
