This class is welcoming to students who have never used a trainer before, who are just beginning their fitness journey as a cyclist and who are looking to build a solid foundation of skills and strength. Students who are intermediate can benefit from this class level as well. Intermediate students are students who have cycling experience, whether recreational or otherwise, who are looking to improve their strength, stamina and endurance. Due to the small class size (7 students) individual adjustments will be offered to students who need more challenge, or easier modifications within the given class structure. Students will master cadence and pacing, learn how to sprint and recover, and increase endurance, all while having a fun but challenging workout.
Cancellations and Reschedules are accepted up to 24 hours prior to the class. Any Cancellation after this period is non-refundable.
